ROSE KIDS BRING HOME ROSES FOR ELEANOR’S AT YOUTH NATIONALS!

You’ve got to hand it to the Rose kids, Madison and Justin, for bringing home titles and ribbons at the 2018 Youth National Championships. The four Eleanor-bred horses shown (three of them now a part of the Rose family) were stellar competitors in top competition at the OKC show. Beginning the honor list was Hezas Sweet Dreams (Heza Zee+/ x Sweet Red Glo) gathering roses in the Youth National Championship HA Reining JO/JT 13 & Un with Madison up, and a Top Ten in the HA Short Stirrup Reining 10 & Un with Justin.  Madison did even better with Sheza Melody Jac (Heza Zee+/ x Surprizn Miss Melody), picking up a National Championship in the HA Western Horsemanship JT 13 & Un, Reserve Champion in the HA Reining Seat Equitation 13 & Un and a Top Ten in the HA Reining Horse JO and JT 13 & Un. As always, CMS Super Chick (Crown Musc+ x Super Cindy Brick) was one of the hardest workers in this Rose equine family of Eleanor-breds, taking Top Ten honors in HA Hunter Pleasure JO 13 & Un, Ladies Side Saddle English JO, Showmanship JT 11-13 and HA Hunt Seat Equitation JT 13 & Un with Madison and a Top Ten in the Showmanship JT 10 & Un with Justin. Justin personally teamed a personal favorite, Heza Fire Walker (Hesa Zee+/ x Fire Musc+ by Crown Musc+) to two Top Ten awards, one in Western Pleasure W/T 10 & Un and other in Western Seat Equitation W/T 10 & Un.  All of these horses were bred by Eleanor Hamilton and are currently owned by the Rose family, except for Heza Fire Walker, still owned (and sometimes shown) by Eleanor. Heza Fire Walker is a National Champion and multi-Top Ten in the Western divisions. His dam, Fire Musc+ was one of Eleanor’s Arabians top foundation broodmares and produced 8 top show horses, four of them National or Reserve National Champions. Two of her daughters have also produced national winners.
